Forecasting Stock Prices

The best Hedge Fund managers use a clear framework to take a view on where stock prices are moving to. This module teaches you that technique and is one of the most important modules in the HFA program. Having a clear forecasting method allows Portfolio Managers to identify differential ideas - that is opportunities that other investor, who do not employ forecast methods, do not recognize. The technique also estimates future returns and allows comparison of the reward for risk on different ideas which is critical for portfolio construction to maximize profits.
